Alliance Laundry Systems Job Fair Aims to Hire More Than 100 Workers

RIPON, Wis. - April 5, 2013 - Alliance Laundry Systems, the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment, is holding a job fair this Saturday at Royal Ridges banquet hall in Ripon with the goal of hiring 100 production workers who will start work immediately at the company’s local plant. The company will also be recruiting for 25 to 30 skilled, professional and supervisory positions at the fair.

“With this first hiring wave we want to add 100 workers to our assembly line,” noted Todd Kaull, Alliance Laundry’s plant manager. “We also need to fill 25 to 30 skilled labor, supervisory and engineering positions by June. We plan to add a total of 220 new production workers by September to fully staff our expanded plant operations.”

Kaull said no appointments were necessary for the job fair and that walk-ins would be welcome. The job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at Royal Ridges, 1 Westgate Drive, Ripon.

In September 2012 Alliance announced a $23 million expansion that will add more than 20,000 square feet to its existing plastic injection molding, assembly, metal stamping and press shop facilities in Ripon. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of September.

A full list of job postings is available on the company’s website: alliancelaundry.com/careers. Alliance currently employs 1,400 people in Ripon and another 200 at its plant and offices in Belgium.
