RIPON, Wis. – November 21, 2011 –Alliance Laundry Systems, the leading global commercial laundry equipment provider, announced recently that William Bittner has been promoted to Vice President of Customer One, the globalAlliance initiative focused on customer service and satisfaction.

Bittner has been with the company for more than 13 years, holding various senior positions. Most recently, Bittner was the National Sales Manager for Speed Queen’s commercial division. He was instrumental in reclaiming Speed Queen’s position as the premium brand in the vended laundry space.

Bittner earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration fromWilfridLaurierUniversityinWaterloo,Ontario,Canada. He was recently elected to the Coin Laundry Association's board of directors beginning January 1, 2012.
