Michael D. Schoeb

Chief Executive Officer

Previous positions: President & Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Laundry Systems 2007-2011. President and Chief Operating Officer at Wausau Homes, Inc. Sr. Vice President of Marketing & Brand, North America at Hilti Corporation. President of Hilti do Brasil and Vice President of Sales, Northeast USA. Various sales, marketing and general management roles at Johnson Controls, Inc.

Skills: Knowledge and experience in international operations, sales and marketing and leadership of complex organizations that strengthen the board of directors’ collective qualifications, skills and experience.

Mike’s business acumen and leadership skills have helped propel Alliance to unprecedented growth. During his tenure as CEO, he has quadrupled the enterprise value of the company and championed the rapid expansion of Alliance’s global footprint. An inspiring leader, Mike has built an executive leadership team united in vision not only to achieve the company’s next billion-dollar milestone, but to fortify Alliance’s leadership position for the next 100 years. Richard L. Pyle

President, Chief Commercial Officer

Previous positions: Controller, Marianna Operations, Materials Manager, Deputy General Manager and Vice President of Customer Support at Alliance Laundry Systems 1998-2011, President Alliance International. Various accounting and operations positions for eight years with Alliance Remanufacturing, Inc. Various audit positions with Deloitte & Touche.

Rick has leveraged his exceptional industry knowledge, exemplary leadership skills and strategic vision to forge a highly successful career with Alliance. As a catalyst for change, he has been instrumental in helping the company double sales in international markets, expand our global presence by opening offices in a variety of countries and successfully integrating the Primus brand into the Alliance family. In his current role as President and Chief Commercial Officer, Rick will continue to elevate the company’s industry-leading customer experience globally through all customer-facing activities.

Scott Chiavetta

Chief Information Officer

Previous positions: Mr. Chiavetta re-joined Alliance Laundry in 2002 and held the position of Chief Information Officer 2002-2012; Mr. Chiavetta was a Consulting Engineer with CDW from 2000-2002; Mr. Chiavetta held various IT management positions with Alliance Laundry from 1997-2000; Mr. Chiavetta also was the Network Manager with Convergys 1996-1997.

Since rejoining Alliance in 2002, Scott has led the ALS global technology team in its efforts to develop and implement technology solutions to help the company and its customers be more efficient and profitable. Scott’s leadership skill is evident in the multiple new technology products in the pipeline.

Robert A. Habura

Chief Financial Officer

Previous Positions: CFO for a portfolio of private equity companies, including RedBuilt (Weyerhaeuser’s former Trus Joist Commercial Business), 2014 – 2017. Executive Consultant, 2011 – 2013. Multiple executive positions with Cardinal Health and CareFusion (a spin-off from Cardinal Health and now a key segment of Becton, Dickinson and Company), including Vice President and CFO of Medical Technologies, 2009 – 2010, Vice President and CFO for Clinical Technologies, 2006 – 2008, Vice President and CFO at Dispensing Technologies, 2005 – 2006. He also held multiple executive positions with Veolia Environnement, including Vice President and Corporate Controller for the Water Segment, 2003 – 2005, and Corporate Controller at Culligan Water, 2000 – 2003.

Leading global companies have relied on Rob’s skillful and intuitive financial expertise to drive exponential growth, and streamline operations across multiple facilities. Drawing from a wealth of experience in a variety of industries, Rob has also actively guided more than 100 M&A transactions and has led talent management. He is an astute financial strategist dedicated to delivering similar impressive results for Alliance Laundry Systems.

Gary Luckow

Chief Value Enhancement Officer

Previous positions: Various executive materials management positions, including Director of Global Materials, Manager of Materials, Product Inventory Control Manager, and Master Scheduler 1998 – 2016. Advanced Manufacturing Director of Materials at Plexus 1995 – 1998.

Gary has successfully built a world-class supply chain organization that combines best-in-class inventory levels with the ability to bring in the components to build almost any of our 10,000 configurable models in about a week. He also leads a Genuine Parts team that has more than a 98 percent customer fill rate, and a procurement organization that consistently negotiates better-than-market prices. Gary has also led our Project 1 percent team. This project is evolving into a company-wide Value Enhancement initiative that will increase the value of all our internal and external customers.

Joe Michels

Vice President, Global Human Resources

Vice President of Human Resources – Chemical Food & Process Platform at IDEX Corp., 2009 – 2013. Vice President of Human Resources – Viking Pump at IDEX Corp., 2006 – 2009. Vice President of Administration – Chief Human Resources Officer, EFCO Corp., 1995-2006.

Throughout his career, Joe has always used the company goals and objectives as the foundation for determining how the human resource function can impact the organization. He has adopted the approach that the role of human resources is to identify how it can help to accelerate the development of skilled, impactful employees and teams throughout the organization to support business growth. Joe’s leadership style is focused on empowering those around him to take true ownership in their duties and projects…striving for excellence through collaboration beyond just their functional teams.

Justin’s impressive career in retail has been driven by both a passion for the brands he has championed and his skill in building the talent around him into dynamic teams focused on common goals. Since joining Alliance Laundry Systems, he has inspired and reinvigorated the enthusiasm around expanding the retail store concept globally. He has formalized a framework to evaluate markets around the world and is working to create flexibility to adapt stores and offerings to match market needs, all with an emphasis on providing world-class service.
