Alliance Laundry Systems and United Steelworkers (USW) Local 1327 are pleased to announce they have reached agreement on a new contract, effective Jan. 1, 2022. USW members voted to approve the contract Dec 8.
The new five-year agreement covers 1750 hourly team members at the Ripon and Manitowoc locations. It guarantees 2.5 percent wage increases each year for the length of the contract as well as cost of living adjustments. Team members will also see enhanced vacation and health and wellness benefits.
