Gary is an engineer by education and has led engineering teams throughout his career — technical grounding that shapes how he builds and scales commercial organizations. One of his first assignments, more than 20 years ago, was an engineering project at Alliance; he now leads the company’s North America commercial business, which generates more than $1.2 billion in annual revenue. He brings deep experience building high-performing B2B sales teams and driving growth across direct, dealer, and distribution channels.
