Comment Moderation Policy

We welcome open discussion, questions, and feedback from our community, including constructive criticism. To keep our social media pages useful and accessible for everyone, we moderate comments and, where necessary, restrict accounts based on the following conduct standards. These standards apply regardless of the viewpoint expressed.

We may hide, remove, or restrict comments and accounts that:

1. Involve excessive repetitive posting or flooding — posting the same or substantially similar message multiple times within a short period, across multiple posts, or in a way that disrupts other users’ ability to engage with our content.
2. Constitute harassment or spam — repeated, unsolicited posting directed at the page, our staff, or other commenters.
3. Contain personal attacks, threats, or abusive language directed at any individual.
4. Include false or misleading claims presented as fact that we have addressed directly with the individual through appropriate channels.
5. Violate Meta’s Community Standards or applicable law.

This policy does not restrict genuine, one-time, or reasonably infrequent expressions of criticism, dissatisfaction, or negative reviews. We value that feedback and encourage anyone with an unresolved concern to contact us directly so we can address it.

Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy after being asked to stop may be blocked from commenting on this page.
