The 2013 Clean Show in New Orleans allowed the Alliance Laundry Systems’ team to re-connect with its global customers. The Show provided Alliance brands, including Speed Queen®, UniMac®, Huebsch® and IPSO®, the opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing customers and build lasting relationships with new customers from all over the world. This year, each of the brands exhibited new technologies that both set and exceed industry standards. Attendees experienced UniMac’s new spray rinse technology, OPTispray™, Speed Queen’s Quantum® Control enhancements, Huebsch’s eBoost™ technology, and IPSO’s® new control system, Cygnus. Additionally, booth customers were introduced to the Alliance customer service initiative, Customer One, which includes programs such as Genuine Parts, Alliance Laundry Systems University (ALSU), in-house financing and laundry design services.
