Alliance Laundry Systems will host a hiring event on Thursday, March 22, from 8 am to 4 pm at its new global sales and marketing building, located in Ripon at the corner of Shepard and East Jackson streets.
The global leader in commercial laundry equipment, Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking to add 75 new positions to its manufacturing team to keep up with worldwide demand for its products. Last year, the company also added 100 jobs at its Ripon manufacturing location.
Starting wage is $15 per hour. Additional benefits include immediate tuition reimbursement, 11 paid holidays, on-site nurse practitioner (offered free of charge), social events throughout the year for employees and their families. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a company match on the 401k program also are part of the benefits package.
Open positions include: assembly and press operators on second and third shifts, with some limited first-shift positions available. Positions are available for Welders on first or second shift at higher starting wages. Employees will receive a shift differential of 50 cents for second shift and 40 cents for third shift. On-site interviews and plant tours will highlight the hiring event. Attendees should wear closed-toe shoes to the event and are encouraged to apply prior to attending.
