In addressing the need for greater warehouse capacity, Alliance Laundry Systems opened its new 193,000-square-foot global distribution center in June. The new facility features 108 trailer parking spots and 30 dock doors.
Logistics supervisors have more visibility to everything going on, via the technology/cameras that were added. The warehouse is wider but less deep, so transporting machines to and from trucks is more efficient.
