Earlier this month, the Sales & Service Training Team hosted its first-ever Senior Master Technician training event in Ripon, WI. Eight Master Technicians gathered in the Jim Ellis Memorial Training Center for three days of intensive instruction. Under the guidance of lead trainer Nick Van Camp and lead training specialist Christina Sawasky, the program offered an immersive learning experience focused on expanding technical expertise and enhancing service capabilities to a level previously unmet in the marketplace.
Throughout the event, participants engaged in comprehensive sessions covering key topics such as wash cycles, programming software, audit data practices on simulators, and schematics. Technicians enhanced their abilities in troubleshooting controls and mastering technical processes, like autotuning. The collaborative and hands-on approach was well received and highly effective, culminating in a practical exam on the final day to demonstrate their new skills.
