Learn about Alliance Laundry Cares scholarships

Our company supports education and learning in communities where our team lives and works

Alliance Laundry Systems, through the Alliance Laundry Cares program, is delighted to support education through our scholarship offerings. This is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to our team members and the communities where they live and work.

“Manufacturing needs the best and the brightest and Alliance Laundry Systems places a high value on continuous learning and education,” said Amanda Kopetsky, Vice President Global Human Resources. “Through Alliance Laundry Cares, we are pleased to offer these scholarships to help students on their education journey. Whether it’s a technical school or college/university, we encourage young people to stretch their minds, build their skills and develop a life-long appreciation for learning.”

Six scholarships are available for the children of US-based Alliance Laundry Systems employees who are graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled at a college or university, or trade or technical school. Children includes the natural child, adopted child or stepchild of a team member. Current employees, including interns and apprentices, who are graduating high school seniors are also eligible to apply. The available scholarships include:

  • Four (4), $2,500 scholarships for a college or university
  • Two (2) $1,500 scholarships for a trade or technical school
  • Applicants will find complete details and a scholarship application at the Fox River Scholarship Center.

Two (2), $1,500 scholarships are available for any graduating Ripon High School senior. Ripon, Wisconsin has been home to Alliance Laundry Systems’ largest manufacturing facility for 115 years. These scholarships are established in recognition of the strong support the company has received from the Ripon community. These scholarships are being administered through the Ripon Area Education Foundation. Students can receive application information through the Ripon High School Guidance Office.

Recipients are selected on the basis of academic performance, school and community involvement and a personal essay. Team members’ children who are Ripon High School seniors are welcome to apply for each of the scholarships but are eligible to receive only one.
