[Ripon, Wisconsin, February 1, 2019] Alliance Laundry Systems, the global leader in commercial laundry equipment, has reached an agreement to purchase Commercial & Coin Laundry Equipment Co. (CLEC). The deal is expected to be finalized for closing in early March.
Headquartered in Gulf Breeze, Fla., CLEC recently expanded into the Texas market and stands as one of the largest commercial laundry equipment distributors in the Southeast region.

CLEC has been serving the needs of commercial laundry customers since 1982. The company’s coverage area includes the Florida panhandle, Mississippi Gulf Coast, and parts of Alabama, Georgia, and Louisiana. In February of 2018, the company purchased Texas Laundry Service Co., adding the greater Houston area to its territory. It was CLEC’s third acquisition in eight years.
